WAVE is media infrastructure for the agentic internet. One call shape moves live and on-demand media across every transport, and two kinds of users, people and agents, discover it, call it, and pay for it per call.
What WAVE is
A person integrates once with a key and moves media across SRT, RIST, AES67, OMT, MoQ, WebRTC, RTMP, and HLS. An agent reads the skills index under /.well-known, calls the identical route, and settles over HTTP-402. Same routes, same enforcement, one gateway metering both.
Three engines sit under that one call shape. The Media Engine moves the audio, video, and captions on a single media clock, with integrity, sync, and metering that every transport inherits. The Money Engine gets both kinds of users paid: a public x402 facilitator settles agent payments on Base mainnet with sanctions screening on every transaction, and a person pays with a key and a card on the same routes. The Dispatch Engine chooses the path: it classifies a request at the edge, returns a routing decision in milliseconds, and bills the decision itself, never the inference.
Trust stands beside the three engines as a pillar, not a product. One edge gateway enforces authentication, scope, entitlement, and metering on every request, and returns 403 when an account is not entitled. The posture is public: GDPR and CCPA aligned with a signed DPA available, HIPAA-ready under a signed BAA, and EU AI Act Article 26 record-keeping, documented at the trust center.
The gateway's own skills index lists 183 capabilities. 169 are priced over x402 in USDC and settle on-chain: 175 on Base, 1 on Tempo. The MCP server exposes 59 tools, and the same registry backs 54 spokes, one behind each product host. Read it directly at gateway.wave.online/.well-known/wave-skills.json and api.wave.online/mcp: both are machine-readable, and neither needs an account to check.
A creator, a broadcaster, or a media-infrastructure team integrates once and ships. An agent reads the same skills index, discovers a capability with an MCP tool call or an agent card, and pays for it per call, with no account and no person in the loop. Both call the same route and get the same response.
