2. Service Description

WAVE Platform provides enterprise-grade live streaming infrastructure including:

• Multi-protocol streaming (WebRTC, SRT, RTMP, NDI, OMT, etc.)
• Real-time analytics and monitoring
• Stream recording and transcoding
• API access and SDK integration
• Enterprise support and SLA guarantees

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
• Not violating intellectual property rights
• Not engaging in prohibited activities (spam, abuse, etc.)

4. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we provide a 99.99% uptime SLA. Service credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding this threshold, as detailed in your subscription agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Overdue payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. You grant us a license to host, stream, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

WAVE Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
