This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of WAVE Render and related surfaces (api.wave.online/render, the CLI, and the MCP integrations). It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service. By submitting a Brief you warrant that it complies with this policy.
Prohibited uses
You may not use WAVE Render to create, and you warrant that your Briefs do not:
- Impersonate a person, brand, or organization, or use a third party's trademark or logo without rights. On the spot tier, caller-supplied logos are blocked in code (
ACCOUNT_REQUIRED); account-tier logo use is at your risk and warranty. - Infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights. This includes fonts — you warrant server-render rights to any font you supply (see the Brand-Kit font
licenseattestation). - Produce deceptive or scam content, including fake offers, phishing lures, and fraudulent financial or medical claims; child sexual abuse material (CSAM); or content that is illegal where it is produced or consumed.
- Defame, harass, or incite violence.
Enforcement
We may screen Brief text with an automated classifier and refuse or take down renders. We may suspend wallets or accounts and preserve records for lawful process. Output URLs are signed and expire. Repeat or willful abuse results in a permanent block.
